Shipment within 3 to 6 days (working days) and subject to product availability.
The shipment date of your order is indicated on the attached order confirmation sent by e-mail after confirmation of your payment and order.
Bare root :
Orders for bare-root roses are dispatched by post (Colissimo), or to a relay point (6,000 relay points), or by carrier (except for stem roses and weeping roses, which are dispatched by carrier only).
Bare-root roses are planted from November to mid-April. We do not ship bare-root orders outside the planting season.
Orders can be collected free of charge by appointment at the André Eve boutique in Chilleurs-Aux-Bois *. Please contact us on 02.38.30.01.30 to arrange a pick-up date.

Containerized roses, perennials and shrubs:
All orders for plants in containers are shipped by carrier only.
For pots, we do not accept drop-off at relay points, as growing plants cannot wait too long without light and water.
ATTENTION: Pots are only dispatched to Metropolitan France excluding Corsica.
Receiving your order :
Please be present at the time of delivery.
If the parcel is damaged, check the contents in front of the driver.
If it is damaged, refuse it and indicate the damage in writing on the delivery slip you give to the driver.
Otherwise, we won't be able to compensate you.
If you do not receive your order at home or do not collect it from a relay point, this does not constitute a right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of order confirmation. Form and information on our website.
Conditions and prices :
For mixed orders, bare roots (excluding stems) and containers, the conditions for containers apply. Orders can be collected free of charge from the André Eve boutique by appointment.
For home delivery by carrier on Saturdays: €9 surcharge.
Essential for delivery your telephone number ( preferably mobile) and e-mail address. They will not be used for anything else.
For 1 to 2 half-stem roses and stems in containers, delivery costs €30.
For more than 3 half-stem roses and stems in containers, please contact us for a quote.
