Orders

Prices are valid for the sales season from September 2023 to August 2024 inclusive. Prices include VAT and are subject to revision in the event of a change in the VAT rate.

Payment must be enclosed with the order for it to be validated, and is cashed on registration. The order will be dispatched only after full payment of the amount shown on the order confirmation sent to you by e-mail or post.

Roses in containers (pots) are sold and shipped all year round. Bare-root roses are shipped from November to March-April, but can be ordered from the beginning of July.

Invoice

An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail when your parcel is dispatched.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, by credit card or Paypal, for the order to be validated.

Payment will be cashed immediately.
In the event of an overpayment, it will be reimbursed by check or bank transfer, after shipment of the order.

For payment by gift voucher, please enter the voucher code in the "promotional code" box on the summary page.

The value of the gift voucher is applied to the total amount of your order, excluding shipping costs.

Claims

Any complaint concerning a defect in the items delivered, or a quantity or reference error, must be sent to us by registered letter or e-mail, within 8 days of receipt of the order.
Complaints concerning the carrier must be made directly to the carrier upon delivery (damage, deterioration, etc.). Do not accept damaged packages.

Trade-in compensation

From the moment they are acquired, the future of plants is in the hands of the gardener. It is important to follow the planting advice given in the document enclosed with your order or here. In particular, it's essential to water the first year after planting, even plants delivered in pots.

Our Corymbifera Laxa rootstock enables roses to thrive in any soil, even limestone.

All the plants we sell are live. For container plants (pot), this is immediately visible, even in winter. Bare-root plants (roses and peonies) are preserved and delivered leafless. Their state of health is less easy to see for an amateur, but they are individually checked by our team of specialists when they are placed in cold storage and when the order is prepared.

If your plantations are not returned, no replacement or refund will be given. The situation will be examined on a case-by-case basis by our technicians, and the necessary steps will be taken and implemented.

The customer has the right to rectify information collected in the context of distance selling. This right may be exercised by writing to the head office address or by sending an e-mail to the customer service department: info@roses-andre-eve.com

To be added to the amount of your order, for delivery in mainland France, excluding Corsica.
