Jaune Desprez: an old climber
Jaune Desprez is a beautiful Noisette climber with a highly variable color that changes with the weather, sunshine, season and location.
Created in 1835 by the hybridizer Desprez, this yellow rose is descended from Blush Noisette and Parks' Yellow Tea-scented China.
All summer long, it produces double apricot-yellow flowers mixed with pink, with a powerful fragrance.
Upright and vigorous, you can enjoy its crumpled roses in bouquets most of the year, from June to autumn.
It will pass on some of its characteristics to its illustrious descendant:'Gloire de Dijon'.
In just a few years, this climber will easily grow to around 6 meters, on a pergola as in the André Eve® garden, or to cover a wall.
Planting the Desprez Yellow Rose
Rather easy to grow, it will do well in sunny situations.
However, we advise against planting in regions with very harsh winters.
