It thrives in all situations: half-shade, sunny, in poor or rich soil, everywhere it grows! It is a remontant mutation of 'Dr. Van Fleet'. Beware, many roses sold under the name New Dawn are in fact 'Dr. Van Fleet' and therefore not remontant. Very vigorous, with healthy, glossy foliage and clusters of well-formed, double flowers of a lovely pale pearly pink, insensitive to rain and slightly fragrant. Good autumn comeback after a fairly long summer's rest, provided you haven't neglected watering.
