The Lorraine town of Toul, near Nancy, boasts an exceptional historical heritage. All of these areas have been invested with talent by the Green Spaces department, whose work has already been rewarded with a 4-flower label in the towns in bloom classification. Keen to continue embellishing his town, the mayor has created a rose garden at the foot of the cathedral, and wanted one of the roses to bear the name of his town and be christened at the "Rendez-vous aux jardins" event in June 2016.
