A superb, hardy rugosa. After 'Jens Munk' hot pink and 'Martin Frobisher' soft pink, this is the third rugosa (with thick, dense green foliage) created in Canada for the Explorer Collection. Its magenta-pink color, contrasting with its yellow stamens, harmonizes perfectly with the other two varieties. Combine the three to create a superb landscape hedge or the centerpiece of a spectacular bed. Highly resistant to disease and the cold (-25° doesn't scare it!), it blooms again in autumn and will delight you with its fragrance.
