May Rose
Also known as Rosier Cent-Feuilles (Rosa Centifolia), the Rose de Mai is grown in Grasse and is one of the few roses used in perfumery.
How to choose between container and bare roots?
"I love this rustic rugosa" (André Eve). It's disease-resistant, resistant to extreme cold and very floriferous. Very vigorous and thorny, with evergreen foliage, it is ideal as a hedge or as a large shrub in a bed. Its semi-double flowers are a deep warm pink. Blooms well into the frosts.
