To honor the memory of André Ève, we needed both an exceptional variety and an original christening - not with a godfather and godmother, but with two godmothers. In fact, it was one of them, Évelyne Sallandre, who dubbed André Ève the "gardener of roses" in the book she dedicated to him in 2005. She was accompanied during this emotional moment by Pierrette Kieny, an Alsatian gardener and another friend of the founder of our company.

This rose has been chosen with the greatest care from among the most recent creations of our hybridizer, Jérôme Rateau, and you're sure to be seduced by the perfect old rose shape of its flowers.
Double flowers, bright pink at the heart and lighter around the edges, exude a very pleasant fragrance. The shrub rose André Eve, Le jardinier des Roses is remontant and highly disease-resistant, flowering right up to the frosts. Easy André would certainly have planted it in his garden!
