Little story

In 2018, the Orléans competition was presided over by Alex Lutz, who is not a native of the region, but who has been living in this beautiful Loire commune for a number of years. The comedian and humorist, who is married to a floral art designer, made his mark, particularly in the press review on Canal +, where he played Catherine, the blonde, alongside Liliane.

Alex Lutz® Evetricol: The remontant bush rose

The Alex Lutz® Evetricol shrub rose is regularly adorned with bunches of small red flowers with yellow centers and silvery undersides. Delicately fragrant and very repeat flowering, it blooms from May to October. It's also a champion of disease resistance and very easy to care for. See our planting advice.

An award-winning rose bush

The Alex Lutz® Evetricol rose bush has won many awards in competitions, including a gold medal at the Paris Bagatelle and Madrid competitions in 2016. It also won awards the same year in Barcelona, Saverne and Le Roeulx! And in 2017, it won first prize at the Hradec Kralove competition (Czech Republic). The christening took place in September 2018, at the Jardin des Plantes, on the occasion of the 60th Orléans International Rose Competition.
