A beautiful invention in flashy colors to honor the great competition, held every year during the Paris Fair. The rose starts out pure yellow, softened with pink at the edges of the petals, then evolves as it blooms into crimson tones reminiscent of a sunset. We're a long way from the soft colors and shapes of old roses. But in our garden, we've always liked to combine old and new! Weren't old roses modern in their day? This variety is full of qualities: very long flowering, huge blooms, generous upward movement, excellent vase life and good disease resistance. An ideal rose for potted cultivation on the terrace or balcony.
