On Thursday, May 30, 2024, the awards ceremony for the 16th edition of the Grand Prix de la Rose took place at the town hall of the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
The 2024 Rose Grand Prize was awarded to the ABBAYE DE BEAULIEU® rose bush ‘Evealexedit’, a magnificent bush with large flowers.
The bush rose bush has very healthy dark green foliage, its large double velvety red flowers give off a pleasant scent. It is ever-growing and will add color to your garden all season long.

The Abbaye de Beaulieu® rose bush: the perfect red rose bush
The Abbaye de Beaulieu® bush rose has very healthy dark green foliage and bears large, double flowers whose velvety red color suggests fragrance.
Its name comes from the abbey of Beaulieu in Rouergue which will plant a garden in honor of André Eve and his varietal creations.
This ever-growing and very fragrant bush rose will add color to your gardens.
It is an award-winning variety in competitions, in 2020 it won the gold medal in the bush category at the international competition in Nyon, Switzerland. Planting the bush rose The Abbaye de Beaulieu® bush rose bush is very easy to maintain, it will reach an average height of 90cm with roses measuring 10cm in diameter. When planting, separate the plants by at least 50 to 60cm to give each rose bush the space necessary for its proper development.
