Orléans Métropole wished to honor the memory of Xavier Beulin, a leading figure in agriculture from the Loire region, who died suddenly in early 2017. A very hardy, healthy, maintenance-free little rose was chosen. Its small, double white flowers are very abundant and delicately scented (a rare quality in this type of rose).
